The Cornish Coast

This bridge forms part of the main access junction to Culdrose from the A3083. Does this junction really need to be grade-separated? We are miles from anywhere here - there can't be that much traffic, can there? In fact, there is - at 5:00pm on any weekday, this area is clogged with traffic, as is the A394 to the south of Helston. I'm sure the bridge helps.
